The user has the right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose his or her personal data by sending an email to info@sohohoteles.com.
The data provided will be kept as long as the business relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.
You are entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether Tenedora de Valores Océano Pacífico S.L. is processing your personal data and therefore you are entitled to exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, portability, opposition to the processing and suppression of your data as well as the right to file a complaint with the Control Authority by writing to the above mentioned postal address or by e-mail to info@sohohoteles.com, attaching a copy of your ID card in both cases.
Tenedora de Valores Océano Pacífico S.L. is not responsible for the possible errors or security deficiencies that could occur due to the use, by the user, of a browser of a non updated or insecure version. It is not obliged to control, and does not control in advance, the absence of viruses or elements in the contents, which could produce alterations in the software or hardware of the users or people who visit the pages, so it is not responsible for the damages of any nature that could be derived from it.

GUARANTEE POLICIES, PAYMENTS, EARLY DEPARTURE, CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS AND GROUPS
Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
Reservations may be cancelled in writing by fax or email or through the website. In order to cancel your reservation at www.sohohoteles.com, you must keep your locator, as it will be necessary for you to access your reservation within the established time frame.
The cancellation of the reservations will not involve any expense as long as it is done 48 hours before the date of the reservation. Except for Package reservations (see Package Policy).
Early departures must be notified at Reception at least one (1) day in advance. In case of cancellation out of that period or no-show at the hotel on the reserved date, the User authorizes Tenedora de Valores Océano Pacífico S.L. (owner of the hotel) to charge to the credit card, whose data has been indicated to us as a guarantee of reservation, the amount plus taxes of the first night of stay according to the price agreed upon in the reservation, as cancellation expenses and as compensation for damages.
In the same way Tenedora de Valores Océano Pacífico S.L. (hotel owner) reserves the right to charge the credit card provided as a guarantee of reservation, the services and items consumed during the client’s stay at the hotel that have not been paid at the client’s departure.
Reservations of 5 or more rooms with the same name are considered GROUP reservations, so the hotel reserves the right to process them as a GROUP. The corresponding department of Tenedora de Valores Océano Pacífico S.L., will contact the client to verify and manage the collection of the reservation. Reservations considered as GROUP reservations must be prepaid in full at the time of booking and no cancellations or modifications are allowed afterwards.
Tenedora de Valores Océano Pacífico S.L. reserves the right to use the credit card provided as guarantee of the reservation to manage the collection of the same.
In case of not being a valid card, Tenedora de Valores Océano Pacífico S.L. will automatically cancel the reservation
PACKAGE POLICY: RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
No cancellations or annulments are allowed for reservations of packages with a closed price.
MODIFICATION OF RESERVATIONS
If you wish to modify your reservation, you can do so either directly on the Web www.sohohoteles.com by entering your reservation locator, which is provided to you at the time of booking, or you can contact our hotels by calling Tenedora de Valores Océano Pacífico S.L. Once your reservation has been modified, the conditions and services reserved in the last modification will be applied.
If Tenedora de Valores Océano Pacífico S.L. cannot provide the contracted services in the agreed conditions, Tenedora de Valores Océano Pacífico S.L. is obliged to provide the user with accommodation in another establishment of similar characteristics as compensation for damages.
Both parties agree not to claim any other amount derived from the damages caused in case of early cancellation by the user and due to the impossibility of providing the rooms and the service contracted by Tenedora de Valores Océano Pacífico S.L.
All the prices of the services or offers included in the Web page, will only be valid during the time that they remain accessible to the Users of the service of Reservations on Line, for their effective hiring. Once the reservation has been made through the system, and accepted by the user, the user must print the Reservation Voucher that will serve as proof of the contracted services and of the reservation. If you do not present this receipt at the hotel reception upon your arrival, the hotel will not be responsible for any error related to the reservation. This receipt will contain all the information regarding the reservation, such as the start and end date of the stay, the rooms and services contracted, the number of people, the reservation price and other information included in the reservation, and which the parties are obliged to provide.
REQUEST FOR A CRIB OR EXTRA BED:
The request in your reservation for a crib or extra bed will be subject to availability by the chosen hotel, which will inform you within 24 hours whether or not it can confirm your request, indicating the price supplement if any. Until then, your reservation will be confirmed based on the type of room chosen, pending confirmation of the availability of the extra bed.
The request of hiring or reservation of complementary services not included in the On Line Reservation System, will be made directly by the User in the hotel itself.
If one or more of the clauses included in the general contracting conditions of the On-line Reserve System is declared totally or partially null and void or ineffective, it will only and exclusively affect that provision, and everything else will remain the same and generate the same obligations.
APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
The rules and clauses contained in the system of Reserve on Line, the general conditions of contract, and all the content of the website, is subject and governed by Spanish law, for the interpretation of the same, the resolution of disputes that may arise, with respect to its validity, implementation, compliance, resolution, total or partial, etc., the user and Tenedora de Valores Océano Pacífico S.L. expressly waive their own jurisdiction or any other that, in their case, may correspond to them, and expressly submit to the competence and jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Málaga.
GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE RESERVATION SERVICES
By accepting this contract, the User declares and accepts:
Be of legal age, according to the current legislation of your nationality, have full legal capacity and to act, sufficient to be bound by this contract and reservation. Declares that he/she has understood the Procedure for the Use of the on line Reservation system and the General Conditions of the on line Reservation Service, all of which are an integral part of the contract.
The User declares that all the data provided to Tenedora de Valores Océano Pacífico S.L., including those related to the credit card, to make the reservation and the contract are true, that it acts as a natural person, and not through third parties.
The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed with a VALID credit card provided during the booking procedure. Credit card details are collected for the purpose of guaranteeing your reservation. Nevertheless, the User authorizes Tenedora de Valores Océano Pacífico S.L. to charge the corresponding cancellation fees to his/her credit card, as described in the section Cancellation Policy.
The purpose of this document is to regulate the general terms or conditions of contracting the ONLINE RESERVATION services that are made available to customers and users by the company Tenedora de Valores Océano Pacífico S.L. with registered office in Alameda de Colón, 9 3-6 29001 Málaga through its web page www.sohohoteles.com (hereinafter, the “Contracting Conditions of the Online Reservation Services”).
1. Organizers
This contest is organized by Soho Boutique Hotels in collaboration with the artist Xuso Jones, with the aim of rewarding our followers with an unforgettable experience in our hotels.
2. Prize
The winner of the contest will enjoy 2 free hotel nights every month for one year (a total of 24 nights) from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, at any Soho Boutique Hotels property, except for the Soho Boutique Castillo de Santa Catalina hotel. The winner may be accompanied by one person to enjoy the stays.
Each month, the winner can redeem a maximum of 2 nights. If the allocated nights are not used within the month, they cannot be accumulated or carried over to subsequent months.
3.Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
Stays are subject to the availability of the chosen hotel. If no rooms are available on the desired dates, the winner must select another hotel or alternative dates.
Selected dates must not coincide with public holidays, Easter, fairs, or long weekends.
The winner can enjoy a maximum of 2 free nights per month. Unused nights cannot be accumulated or carried over to subsequent months.
The winner must share each stay on their Instagram or TikTok account and tag @sohoboutiquehotels so the chain can repost the content.
4. Eligibility
Participation is open to anyone over the age of 18 who meets the following requirements:

Comment on the collaborative contest post, which will be found on both profiles. The comment must mention at least one friend.
5. Contest Duration
The contest will be active from its publication until 11:59 PM (Spanish time) on December 26, 2024.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen randomly through a draw to be held on December 27, 2024. Soho Boutique Hotels will contact the winner via direct message on Instagram.
7. Winner Notification
The winner must respond to the direct message within 48 hours. If no response is received within this period, a new draw will be conducted to select another winner.
8. Additional Terms
The winner must provide proof of identity to claim the prize.
Soho Boutique Hotels reserves the right to verify that the winner meets all participation requirements.
Any attempt at fraud or failure to comply with the rules will result in disqualification.
Soho Boutique Hotels reserves the right to modify these rules, provided that such modifications do not disadvantage participants and are properly communicated.
9. Acceptance of Rules

-El ganador deberá compartir en su cuenta de Instagram o TikTok cada estancia y etiquetar a @sohoboutiquehotels para que la cadena lo pueda repostear.
4. Quién puede participar
Podrán participar todas aquellas personas mayores de 18 años que cumplan con los siguientes requisitos:
– Seguir las cuentas de Instagram @sohoboutiquehotels y @xusojones.
– Comentar en la publicación colaborativa del sorteo, que se encontrará en el perfil de ambas cuentas. El comentario debe incluir una mención a al menos un amigo.
5. Duración del Concurso
El concurso estará activo desde su publicación hasta las 23:59 (hora española) del 26 de diciembre de 2024.
6. Elección del Ganador
El ganador será elegido de manera aleatoria mediante un sorteo que se realizará el día 27 de diciembre de 2024. Soho Boutique Hotels se pondrá en contacto con el ganador a través de mensaje directo en Instagram.
7. Comunicación del Ganador
El ganador deberá responder al mensaje directo en un plazo de 48 horas. En caso de no obtener respuesta dentro de este plazo, se procederá a realizar un nuevo sorteo para seleccionar a otro ganador.
8. Otras Condiciones
– El ganador deberá acreditar su identidad para disfrutar del premio.
– Soho Boutique Hotels se reserva el derecho de verificar que el ganador cumple con todos los requisitos de participación.
– En caso de detectarse cualquier intento de fraude o incumplimiento de las bases, el participante será descalificado.
