The express acceptance of the Contracting Conditions for Online Reservation services will occur when confirming the reservation by pressing the CONFIRM button, and implies full and unreserved acceptance of these contracting conditions in the version published at the time of making the booking and booking process. GUARANTEE POLICIES, PAYMENTS, EARLY DEPARTURE, CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS AND GROUPS

Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

Reservations can be canceled in writing by fax or email or through the website. In order to cancel your reservation at www.sohohoteles.com, you must keep your locator, as it will be necessary to access your reservation within the established deadlines.

Cancellation of reservations will not entail any expense as long as it is made 24 hours prior to the reservation date. Except Package reservations (see Package Policy).

Early departures must be notified at Reception, at least one (1) day in advance. In case of cancellation outside of said period or of no-show at the Hotel on the reserved date, the User authorizes TENEDORA DE VALORES OCÉANO PACÍFICO S.L. (hotel owner) to be charged to the credit card, whose data you have indicated as a reservation guarantee, the amount plus taxes for the first night of stay according to the price agreed upon in the reservation, as cancellation fees and as compensation for damages.

In the same way, TENEDORA DE VALORES OCÉANO PACÍFICO S.L. (hotel owner) reserves the right to charge the credit card provided as a reservation guarantee, the services and items consumed during the client’s stay at the hotel that have not been paid.
